Organizations and Collaborations Must Work Differently to Achieve  a Culture for Equity and Inclusion

A Culture for Equity and Inclusion is a critical component of successful collaboration and requires individual and organizational level work. Although some organizations have undertaken this challenge, they have experienced mixed results at best, which can lead to the following issues:

  • Inability or Trouble Hiring People of a Particular Cultural/Racial Background
  • Cultural/Racial Conflicts Within the Workforce
  • Cultural/Racial Isolation and or Separation Across Workforce
  • High Turnover Rate of Culturally/Racially Diverse Employees
