Establishing a Baseline

Equity and Inclusion work begins with assessing current organizational dynamics, beliefs and norms. Our assessment is designed to help organizations see their current state and surface issues impacting  equity and inclusion as well as to pinpoint goals for future work.  The CFEI Team utilizes the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to assess an organization's culture, climate, and capacity to establish a baseline that will act as a guide for an organization's equity and inclusion goals.
