Systems Change Plans & Implementation

Systems change can be defined as an approach to organizational culture that addresses policies, processes and practices within and across organizations that increase access to resources, inclusion in decision-making, and improves overall organizational health. Understanding that systems do as designed, a system’s change framework not only provides significant ideas for why, where and how systems change can be explored, but also offers a great opportunity for review, reflection and reform. This session offers a systems change framework that moves through three targeted phases:

1.     Examination

2.     Collaboration

3.     Implementation
