Evan Henspeter, M.N.M.

Evan provides support to CAL through strategic planning, community engagement, health impact predictive modeling and policy advocacy. He partners with organizations and coalitions to bring community vision to life, drawing on his prior work as a County Social Services Director and 20 years of experience across public and nonprofit systems—including health and wellness, child and family services, and housing. Evan centers equity, lived experience, and community agency in all of his work. He  holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, and his experience stewarding community developments, such as holistic mental health services and housing projects, gives him a deep appreciation for how design, partnership, and community vision come together in practice.
